No corners have been cut with the new 2-story house. The full basement is built of all 12” block. Floor trusses were used to eliminate any support posts in the basement. All the first floor exterior walls are energy efficient 2”x6”s, including the fixture walls in the bathrooms. Ceilings are 9 feet high. All windows are Anderson vinyl clad and wood, tilt wash. The doublewide is a 1997 Norris 28’x64’ manufactured home, specially ordered, with 3 bedrooms, all in excellent condition. It has a permanent foundation and decks. Everything is well-constructed.
