These photos show some currently unexplained illuminations on Brown Mountain. Are they simply 4-wheelers and optical illusions, or something else? These form a large, moving body of multiple globes. The group can "crawl" around the ridge for a minute or more, then fade.
In this close-up shot of a single light, you can clearly see its spherical shape. The flat bottom may be where the light rests in the tree tops.
